    Application of Antioxidant 405

    This product is a high-efficiency, non-toxic, odorless, light-colored aryl secondary amine antioxidant. This product has good protection effect on natural rubber and synthetic rubber for aging caused by light, heat, ozone, and excavation. It also has a certain passivation effect on variable metals and heavy metals. AO-405 can be used alone or in combination with other antioxidants and exhibits good synergy. This product has a small blooming effect and a slight discoloration under daylight.

     

    This product is one of the few non-toxic, odorless and light-colored antioxidants among the amine antioxidants. Widely used in a variety of elastomers. Used in plastic masterbatch such as polyethylene, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride. It can be used as an antioxidant for polyurethane foams and rubber wires, cables, food packaging materials and adhesives, especially in neoprene color cable sheathing, which has remarkable heat resistance, light resistance and aging resistance. Used as a light and anti-aging antioxidant in polyether and its foam, it can also be used as a lubricating oil antioxidant. Used to protect natural rubber and chloroprene, styrene-butadiene, isoprene, butyl and other synthetic rubbers due to heat, light, ozone and other aging, and sulfur-containing antioxidants have a good synergistic effect. It is also widely used in the plastics industry. It is used as a non-contaminating amine anti-aging agent for natural rubber, neoprene, styrene butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, polyurethane and other base materials. It has good protection against aging caused by heat, light and ozone. It can replace the antioxidants D, MB, RD, 264, etc., and the effect on neoprene is particularly remarkable.
