    Brief Introduction of Antioxidant 1076 ( AO-50 )

     

    A non-contaminating non-toxic hindered phenolic antioxidant with a white or yellowish solid powder, soluble in benzene (57 g), chloroform, cyclohexane, acetone (19 g) and organic solvents such as esters. Slightly soluble in methanol, ethanol, mineral oil, insoluble in water, stable to light, not easy to change color, no pollution, no coloration, low volatility, water resistance, good compatibility, high antioxidant efficiency, widely used Polyethylene, polypropylene, polyoxymethylene, ABS resin, polystyrene, polyvinyl alcohol, engineering plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, adhesives, waxes, synthetic rubber and petroleum products. Prevent thermal oxidative degradation of the substrate. It is suitable for addition during the polymerization, preparation or end use stages of the product. It often works synergistically with the auxiliary antioxidants DLTP, 168, etc., and has better antioxidant performance. The general dosage is 0.1% to 0.5%.

    Application

    This product is combined with antioxidant 168 and DLTDP, and has synergistic effect. It can effectively inhibit the thermal degradation and oxidative degradation of polymers. This product is widely used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyoxymethylene, ABS resin, polystyrene and polychlorinated chlorine. In vinyl alcohol, engineering plastics, synthetic rubber and petroleum products, the general dosage is 0.1% to 0.5%.

    Packing & Storage
