For oil wells that do not enter steam, or do not produce oil, or after several rounds of steam injection, and the output is significantly reduced, the oil wells are not oiled, and the oil wells are pretreated before steam injection. To achieve the purpose of releasing the oil layer blockage, dredging the oil layer, increasing the steam injection effect, and reducing the viscosity of the crude oil, thereby improving oil recovery.
The heavy oil viscosity reducing agent is generally used in an amount less than 0.5% of the crude oil emulsion, and the heavy oil viscosity reducing agent is mixed with water, squeezed into the oil layer, and then combined with the existing cold mining and steam injection mining technology to perform oil recovery. Achieve the obvious purpose of increasing production and increasing efficiency.
The TC-J18 viscosity reducer is generally used in the oilfield chemical plant to be used in the oilfield. The finished product can be directly used on site. When used, the viscosity reducer is formulated into a 0.5-2% aqueous solution. During the construction, the hot water is first used as the pre-liquid to inject into the formation, and then the prepared aqueous viscosity reducer solution is injected. Precautions
When using this product, workers should wear labor insurance products to avoid splashing in the mouth, eyes, and splashing water in time. In case of serious medical treatment, fireworks are prohibited in the workplace.
This product is packed in 200.0±2.0L clean and dry galvanized drum. Store and transport away from fire, place in a cool, ventilated place and prevent water ingress. It should be lightly loaded and unloaded during loading and unloading to prevent the packaging barrel from being damaged. This product has a shelf life of two years.
