Even cotton-picked fabrics that are difficult to meet the flame-retardant effect can reach the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Children's Pajamas Flammability Standards (16CFR1615 and 16CFR1616) and Canada's Dangerous Products ( Children's Pajamas) Regulations, and feel soft, formaldehyde free!
HCF environmentally friendly formaldehyde-free flame-retardant cotton fabric has excellent flame retardant performance, no burn-in and smoldering phenomenon, high temperature soaping and soft hand feeling. It meets the requirements of below Quality Standards:
GB 18401-2010. Chinese standard GB 8965-2009, GB/T 5455-2014, GB/T 24279; American standard CA117 (furniture sofa), TB603 (mattress type), NFPA701, NFPA261-94, CS191-51, CFR1610 (clothing), CFR1633 ; EU standards EN 531, EN 532, EN 533, EN 470, EN 469, EN-71 (toy); Australia AS 4824 and British Standard BS 5852 (furniture sofa), BS7177 (mattress), EN-71 (Toy) and FAR 25.853, CAN/ULC-S109.
After washing the environmentally friendly flame retardant fabric for 50 times, the flame retardant effect can still reach B5 level above GB5455-85. The flame retardant product has small strength, soft hand feeling and no formaldehyde (because of dyeing factory, decoration office and furniture) Contains formaldehyde, which makes the sample to be contaminated, sometimes the detected free formaldehyde content is below 20 PPM), does not contain APEO, heavy metals and aromatic amines, and does not contain REACH restricted substances (SVHC) and the following non-environmental compounds (Tris ( 2-chloroethyl) phosphate (TCEP), Tris (1,3-dicloro-2-propyl) phosphate (TDCPP), Tris (2,3-dibromopropyl)phosphate (TDBPP).

Application

Cautions:
1. The fabric before flame-retardant finishing has not been finished (and has not been fixed), and it has good water absorption (the effect is more than 8cm). It is clean and the cloth surface is neutral or slightly acidic ( 10 g of rag was added to 100 g of pure water, boiled for 5 minutes, and the pH was measured to be 6-7).
2, the amount of flame retardant depends on the type of fabric, the user needs to experiment to determine the specific amount. Generally, the amount of heavy fabric is small, and the amount of thin fabric should be appropriately increased.
3. In order to improve the strength, an appropriate amount of fiber protective agent can also be added to the formulation.
4. Strictly control the baking temperature and time, and strengthen the exhaust (the cross-linking of the flame retardant and cellulose needs to be carried out in an aerobic environment). Immediately after baking, the fabric enters the alkaline wash neutralizing solution, otherwise it affects the strength.
5. The flame retardant finishing agent HCF has a slight influence on the color and color fastness of the dyed products. It is necessary to test the sample in advance.
