Basic Introduction:

J100 Gray liquid JS compound cement waterproof membrane paint coating for roof is a kind of double components building waterproof material which uses polypropylene acetate emulsion and ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer emulsion as its organic liquid, cement, silica sand and calcium carbonate as its inorganic filler and many additives as its inorganic powder.

 Storage&Transportation

1. The coating is not flammable and explosive, can be transported as regular products.
2. Prevent rain, blazing sun, freezing and free from any damage.
3. Shall be stored in dry, ventilated and cool environment.
4. The storage temperature should be 5~45℃.
5. Storage period: 1 year. If expired, it only can be used after being checked qualified.

Instruction:

1. Base surface must be clean and flat without dust, oil.
2. The internal and external corners should be curved shape.
3. When apply to cement, cement-sand and concrete base surfaces, should after the freezing period.
4. The weight proportion of liquid and cement should be 1: 1 (TypeⅠ). Brush the compound 2~3 times according to waterproofing application standard and the time between brushing should be 1~2 hours (evaluating with your hands until the coating is not stick according to the weather & environment).
5. Enhancement process: non-woven fabrics and fiber cloth can be used as the reinforcements if the waterproof layer needs to be enhanced.
