    Product introduction of antioxidant 330 / 1330

    This product is a high molecular weight multi-hindered phenolic antioxidant. It has good heat resistance, no pollution, no coloration, low volatility, etc. It is an excellent antioxidant for high density polyethylene, polypropylene and rubber. Plastic products such as polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, ABS resin and polyester are generally used in an amount of 0.1 to 0.5 parts.

    Features of Antioxidant 330 / 1330

     

    The 1135 antioxidant has both excellent oxidation resistance and the convenience of pumping liquid additives. Due to its low volatility and excellent compatibility, it is particularly effective in the forced air cooling of polyurethanes. This feature also prevents fogging of the surface of the article used in automobiles and the coloration of textiles (eg furniture, carpets, etc.). The low volatility and liquid state of the 1135 antioxidant makes it particularly useful in a single liquid, emulsion, suspension, solution or melt polymer manufacturing process. It can be added before, during, and after polymerization.

     
     

    Applications of  Antioxidant 330 / 1330

    • This product is suitable for polyolefin, PET, PBT, polyamide, styrene resin and elastomer materials such as polyurethane and natural rubber. It has good compatibility with resin, resistance to extraction, low volatilization, high oxygen resistance and electrical insulation.
    • Good characteristics, especially suitable for high temperature processing of polyolefin pipe, injection molding products, wire and cable and other products processing.
    • This product has good synergistic effect with auxiliary antioxidants such as phosphite and thioester and carbon radical scavenger. Depending on the resin, processing conditions and application environment,
    • the recommended dosage of SONOX 1330 is: polyolefin resin: 0.05-0.5%; hot-melt adhesive: 0.2-1.0%; synthetic tackifying resin: 0.1-0.5%.
