    Identification

    KY - 405 is white crystal powder or granule, soluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, toluene, slightly soluble in gasoline, alcohol,methanol, insoluble in water, melting point is greater than 95 ℃.

     

    Antioxidant KY - 405 is a tasteless, non-toxic, light color antioxidants. Antioxidant effect analogous to Uniroya (USA) Naugard445 and ouchi NocracCD (Japan). The goods are widely used in all kinds of elastomers, such as polyethylene, polypropylene and PVC plastic color masterbatch.

    Application of Antioxidant 405

    Can be used as a polyurethane foam plastic and rubber wire, cable, food packaging materials, adhesive antioxidants. Especially in neoprene color cable sheath, it heat resistance, light resistance, anti-aging performance significantly. In the polyether and its foam as light aging resistant agent.

    Also used for lubricating oil antioxidants. Especially suitable for the protection of neoprene, acrylate rubber,  polyether polyol of aging caused by heat, light, etc.

    Also has good synergistic effect with sulfur antioxidant. The goods in general rubber consumption for 1-3 copies, easy disperse in rubber, and does not affect the vulcanization characteristics of rubber. Because the goods has the characteristics of high molecular weight and low volatile, make its antioxidant persistence is obviously better than the SP, 1010, 264, such as phenolic antioxidant, is an ideal substitute for phenolic antioxidants.

     

    Instructions of Use

    This product is a non-polluting antioxidant. It is usually used in the general rubber and plastic body in an amount of 1-3 parts. It is easy to disperse in the rubber compound and has no obvious influence on the vulcanization characteristics of the rubber compound.
    Due to its high molecular weight and low volatility, its antioxidant durability is significantly better than that of SP, 1010, BHT (264) and other phenolic antioxidants. It is an ideal substitute for phenolic antioxidants.
    Precautions for use:
    Although this product is a non-polluting antioxidant, it will slightly change color under the conditions of sunlight exposure and long-term exposure to air, but no migration occurs. Store in a cool, dry place when shading, sealing, moisture-proof, sun-proof, and rain-proof.
