Introduction of T502
This product is a liquid mixed hindered phenolic antioxidant containing 2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol (BHT), 4,6-di-tert-butyl-o-cresol, 2,6-di-tert-butyl Shielding phenol such as phenol, 2,4,6-tri-tert-butylphenol. The commonality is that they all have antioxidant effects. Unlike common solid antioxidants, such as the typical hindered phenolic antioxidant T501 (bht, 264), its properties are liquid, which can be prepared by mixing directly with the product (organic liquid) without using heat to dissolve. Therefore, the product is particularly suitable for use in gasoline and diesel modulation, transformer oil production, and lubricant modulation. Completely replaces t501 and has a cost advantage.
Application
Antioxidant 168 is an excellent phosphite antioxidant. It has a white powder and is easily soluble in organic solvents such as benzene, chloroform and cyclohexane. It is slightly soluble in ethanol and acetone. It is insoluble in water and alcohol. Solvent, slightly soluble in esters. Low toxicity, low volatility, high thermal stability, excellent hydrolysis resistance, and can effectively decompose hydroperoxides produced during the thermal processing of polymeric materials. It has good synergistic effect with the hindered amine antioxidants 1010 and 1076, which can improve the stability of the thermal processing of the polymer material. It has more than ten kinds of preparations formulated with phenolic antioxidants. It is widely used in polyolefins (such as polyethylene, polypropylene) and olefin copolymers, polyamide, polycarbonate, PS resin, PVC, engineering plastics, rubber. And polymer materials such as petroleum products and ABS resins. The formulation can also be used in adhesives, natural or synthetic binding resins, and the like. The general dosage is from 0.1% to 1.0%. This product can be completely recovered after being immersed in hot water of 90±1°C for 14 hours, and the quality is not affected.
