Basic Specification:
The main constituents of TC-J18 Crude Oil Emulsifying/Viscosity Reducing Agent are polyoxy olefin type non ionic surfactant, which are built up by high molecular compound glomerated by starting agent and epihydrin, ethylene oxide blocks. The product is mainly used for viscosity reducing of crude oil mining of oil field.
The product is dissolved in solvents of methanol, ethanol etc.

Features of Crude Oil Viscosity Reducing Agent TC-J18
Viscosity reducers have several outstanding advantages:
1. The product has good adaptability and can get good effect both at high temperature and room temperature.
2. The product can be used for reducing viscosity, and used as viscosity reducer, pour point depressant, thermal recovery additive, breaking jam fluid additive, work over fluid additive. It can also be mixed with other solution as viscosity reducer.
3. The product can be used for oil extraction.
Application and Instructions:
The dry agent of TC-J18 viscosity reducing agent is prepared finished product by oil field chemical plant. The finished product may be used directly on site. In using, the viscosity reducing agent shall be diluted 0.5~2% water solution. In construction, first of all, use hot water as pad fluid to inject into stratum. Then inject into dispensed water solution of viscosity reducing agent. Commonly the use concentration is 1000~3000g/L and the amount of use may also be determined according to specific situations.
When uses the product, the workers shall wear on labor protection appliance to avoid splashing into mouth and eyes. In case splashing occurs, wash with water immediately. If seriously, take medical treatment immediately. Smoke and fire are prohibited at work site.
Packing&Storage
Packs in 200.0 ±2.0L clean and dry metal drum. For storage and transportation, keep away from fire source, place at ventilation and cooling place and prevent water from entering. In loading and unloading, handle it lightly to avoid packing case from being damaged. The guarantee period of the product is two years.
