    Features of Rubber Accelerator Bz / Zdbc

    ZDBC-80 has a fast vulcanization rate in natural rubber and synthetic rubber such as SBR, NBR and EPDM. Thiuram and thiazole accelerators reduce vulcanization speed and improve process safety. Compared with pre-dispersed ZDEC-80, ZDPC-80 and ZEMC-80, this product has a shorter scorch time and a longer vulcanization time. The alkaline accelerator has an active effect on the product. A small amount of pre-dispersed ZDBC-80 can be used as a secondary accelerator for thiols or thiuram accelerators. Vulcanizates have good tensile strength and resilience, and the use of antioxidants in NR and IR improves heat resistance.

    Application:

    • BZ is mainly used as vulcanization accelerator of natural or synthetic elastomers and rubber latex.
    • It can also used as an antiager and an anitoxidant for rubber products.
    • Used for primary or secondary ultra-accelerator in NR. IR, BR, SBR, NBR, HR. EPDM, and their latexes. Similar in property to WilLING PZ and WilLING EZ. less accelerating effects than WilLING PZ and WilLING EZ to dry rubber. Effectively used in both natural and synthetic latexes for faster curing at normal (low) temperature than with WilLING PZ and WilLING EZ, and less scorching and blooming

    Storage: Storage The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight. The validity is 1 year.
