Features of  Rubber Antioxidant TMQ / D

RD(TMQ)is soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform and carbon disulfide, and slightly soluble in petroleum hydrocarbon, but insoluble in water. It is non-toxic, and its relative density is 1.05.

Application:

• RD(TMQ) is general amine antiager and has perfect antioxidant property. It is applicable for NR and other synthetic rubber except CR. It doesn’t have obvious protection against yield and ozone, can work through combining with other antiager with perfect yield-resistance and ozone-resistance. Widely used in manufacturing tyres, rubber hoses, rubber belts, rubber shoes and rubberized fabric, and also latex products. It is also stabilizer for IR, BR and SBR, and can inhibit harmful metal.
• The 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline polymer is an industrial catalyst or a plastic rubber additive. The application examples are as follows:
  Preparing a sound-insulating material comprising 100 parts of nitrile rubber, zinc oxide, stearic acid, magnesium oxide, 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquine a porphyrin polymer, a graphite powder, a carboxy silicone oil, a promoter, a vulcanizing agent, wherein the material comprises components in parts by weight: 100 parts of nitrile rubber, 4-7 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5-1.5 parts of stearic acid, 8-12 parts of magnesium oxide, 1.5-3.5 parts of 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline polymer, 7-12 parts of graphite powder, 3-6 parts of carboxyl silicone oil, 0.5- accelerator 1.5 parts, 2-6 parts of vulcanizing agent. The unit volume of the material is lighter than other sound-insulating materials, which can reduce the weight of the use, reduce the overall quality of the applied components, sound insulation and attraction performance, and have long-term stable and reliable sound insulation attraction performance.

Storage: Storage The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight. The validity is 1 year.
