    Introduction of Antioxidant BLE

    It is widely used in the Natural Rubber and Synthetic Rubber such as Neoprene Rubber, Butyronitrile Rubber, Butylbenzene Rubber, Cis-polybutadiene Rubber and Latex. It may serve as the general antioxidant. It also has the good property to protect from the heat, oxygen, ozone, climate and deflection and so on. It is easy to disperse in the sizing material, and is suitable for industrial products such as tire tread, adhesive tape, rubber tube and so on.

     

    Application

    This product is a general-purpose rubber anti-aging agent. It has good protective effect on thermal oxygen and flexion and fatigue aging. It also has certain protective effect on ozone aging and weathering. It has no effect on vulcanization and is easy to disperse in the rubber compound, which is beneficial to the fluidity of the rubber compound. It is suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber such as butyl benzene, nitrile, chloroprene and cis butyl and its latex. Widely used as tire tread, sidewall and inner tube, can also be used for tape, hose and other general industrial rubber products. This product is polluting, and the product under illumination should not be used. It is not suitable for white or bright color products.
