    Key Performances of Antoxidant 405

    Used in plastic masterbatch such as polyethylene, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride.

    It can be used as an antioxidant for polyurethane foams and rubber wires, cables, food packaging materials and adhesives, especially in neoprene color cable sheathing, which has remarkable heat resistance, light resistance and aging resistance.

    Used as a light and anti-aging antioxidant in polyether and its foam.

    it can also be used as a lubricating oil antioxidant.

    Application of Antioxidant 405

    The product is an age-inhibiting additive of rubber, which is highly active, non-smell, innocuous. The quality is credible, and it has passed the inspection of Shanghai Research Institute of Rubber Product. It is useful to protect natural rubber, SBR,NBR, neoprene and cis-1,4-polysoprene rubber from heat, light, ozone, inflection and chap. Specially, it has some merit for chloroprene rubber product and food packaging, the rubber parts of medical and healthy product, light color and bright color rubber product, that other age-inhibiting additive can not compare with. So, it is the best substitute of age-inhibiting additive First, Fourth, RD,264,4010, SP,WH-02. We suggest the dosage being 0.5%-0.2%.

     

    It is especially effective for: aging due to high heat, light, etc., such as protective neoprene, acrylate rubber, and polyether polyol. Good synergistic effect with sulfur-containing antioxidants.

     

    Instructions of Use

    This product is a non-polluting antioxidant. It is usually used in the general rubber and plastic body in an amount of 1-3 parts. It is easy to disperse in the rubber compound and has no obvious influence on the vulcanization characteristics of the rubber compound.
    Due to its high molecular weight and low volatility, its antioxidant durability is significantly better than that of SP, 1010, BHT (264) and other phenolic antioxidants. It is an ideal substitute for phenolic antioxidants.
    Precautions for use:
    Although this product is a non-polluting antioxidant, it will slightly change color under the conditions of sunlight exposure and long-term exposure to air, but no migration occurs. Store in a cool, dry place when shading, sealing, moisture-proof, sun-proof, and rain-proof.
