Non-ionic polyacrylamide (NPAM) is a water-soluble polymer polyelectrolyte, which is used by acrylamide monomer as a series of initiators. A water-soluble polymer polyelectrolyte prepared by free radical polymerization in aqueous solution is used as a flocculant in the process of water treatment. The mechanism of nonionic polyacrylamide is that it contains a large number of polar groups in its molecular chain. The polar group can form a bridge between the particles by absorbing the solid particles in the water or flocculates the particles by charge neutralization.

Application

1) Non-ionic PAM can cross bridge with many small particles or oil droplets in polluted water through its long macromolecular chain . In disposal of oil polluted water,the non-ionic PAM is usually aided by aluminium salt, and have better efficiency than APAM.
2) The optimum dosage should be definited by experiment before using . It wouldn't take into effect , whether more or less than the optimum dosage , even appear dispersion and stabilization when the dosage is more.
3) Please add relative low density to commingle it equably.
4) Non-ionic PAM as high selectivity Aeroflocs . It is used in the low-solid-phase mud from artesian well with altamud applied , because it can flocculate the rock fragments cracked and will not change the dispersed status of altamud.
