Properties:
White powder (granule). The density is 1.24. Soluble in CS2. benzene, chloroform, alcohol, diethyl ether,insoluble in water and low concentration alkali. Good storage stability
Application:
1. ZDBC is a fast curing accelerator used as primary or secondary ultra-accelerator in NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, HR. EPDM, and their latexes. It is more active than rubber accelerator ZDC in dry rubber. The latex contained accelerator ZDBC can't be pre-vulcanized in a week.
2. It is an excellent activator of thiazole kind accelerator. It can be used as antioxidant in the mixing rubber and can improve the anti-aging properties. It is non color degradation, non-staining and easy dispersion in rubber process.
3. ZDBC is similar in property to PZ and EZ, with less accelerating effects than PZ and EZ to dry rubber. It is effectively used in both natural and synthetic latexes for faster curing at normal (low) temperature than with PZ and EZ, and less scorching and blooming.
Storage:
The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight. The validity is 2 years
