Antioxidant 1135 is a liquid hindered phenolic antioxidant designed for polyurethane products. It has good compatibility with polyurethane, low volatility and good solubility. It has good processing stability and long-term antioxidant properties for polymers. Can be used to replace BHT, avoiding the problem of BHT's easy color development.:

Features of Antioxidant 1135

The 1135 antioxidant has both excellent oxidation resistance and the convenience of pumping liquid additives. Due to its low volatility and excellent compatibility, it is particularly effective in the forced air cooling of polyurethanes. This feature also prevents fogging of the surface of the article used in automobiles and the coloration of textiles (eg furniture, carpets, etc.). The low volatility and liquid state of the 1135 antioxidant makes it particularly useful in a single liquid, emulsion, suspension, solution or melt polymer manufacturing process. It can be added before, during, and after polymerization.

Applications of  Antioxidant 1135

• This product is an excellent antioxidant for various polymers. It is especially suitable for polyurethane flexible foam board, which prevents the polyol from forming peroxide during storage and prevents scorch during foaming.
• Due to its low volatility and excellent compatibility, it is particularly effective in the forced air cooling of polyurethanes. This feature also prevents fogging of the surface of the article used in automobiles and coloring of textiles.
• This product has excellent oxidation resistance and the convenience of pumping liquid additives, which is easy to use and effectively mixed. The low volatility and liquid state of 1135 makes it particularly useful in a single liquid, emulsion, suspension, solution or melt polymer manufacturing process.
• It is easy to emulsify and can be dissolved, dispersed or kept in a pure liquid state during processing. It can be added before, during, and after polymerization. The recommended recommended dosage for SONOX 1135 is between 0.15% and 0.5%.
