Polyurethane Spray Foam Auxiliary Material Ac/Adc Foaming Agent Cas123-77-3
A general-purpose foaming agent with a large amount of gas. Widely used in polyvinyl chloride; polyethylene; ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; polypropylene; polystyrene; ABS; nylon-6 and neoprene and other synthetic materials, has not yet appeared with competitive products. In these applications, polyethylene is used in an amount of 25-30% and polyvinyl chloride is used in 15-20%. Wheat flour treatment agent; rapid starter for baked goods. Safe and rapid oxidation of wheat flour can be accomplished at low levels to improve the physical properties of the dough and the desired structure of the high-gluten dough. It can produce pure white foam rubber and foamed plastic products, and can also produce thick or thin various foamed products.

Classification of Ac/Adc Foaming Agent
Premium grade: good gas volume, uniform fineness, small average particle size, fine and uniform cells, good product feel, suitable for PVC, PE, EVA and other polymers.
Top grade: widely used in ordinary PVC, PE, EVA and other foam products, also used in rubber foam products.
Loose type: Compared with the first-class products, the product is loose and difficult to agglomerate, and has good dispersibility. It is used for PVC foaming and slicing, PVC, PE, PP, EVA and other foamed products.
Application Of Ac/Adc Foaming Agent in different types
Micro-type V008: The main performance and use are the same as V010. It can be used for foaming EVA and soft leather products and can be used instead of imported products.
Micro-type V006: The main performance and use are the same as V010. It is mainly used for EVA secondary foaming, high-grade artificial leather and other high-grade products foaming, and can be used instead of imported products.
Low temperature type D180: low decomposition temperature, suitable for low temperature foaming of PVC, ABS, etc., can extend the service life of foaming equipment and can be used instead of imported products.
Low temperature type D170: low decomposition temperature, especially suitable for foaming processing of PP, PE, etc. with effective coupling agent, uniform cell and high expansion ratio, which can be used instead of imported products. Low temperature type D160: mainly used for rubber and plastic, can be used instead of imported products. Widely used organic high-efficiency foaming agent, which can be foamed at normal pressure or under pressure, has a large amount of gas, and its decomposition products are non-toxic, odorless and non-polluting. Suitable for plastics such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS resin, natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, neoprene, nitrile rubber, silicone rubber, etc. It can produce pure white foam rubber and foamed plastic products, and can also produce thick or thin various foamed products. Organic acids and their salts, urea, borax, zinc oxide, ethanolamine, lead stearate, etc. have activating effect, which can significantly reduce the decomposition temperature. Food grade azodicarbonamide can also be used as a wheat flour treatment agent and a rapid starter for baked goods. The maximum amount is 45 mg/kg wheat flour.
