Introduction Of Vanadium Inhibitor TC-200
TC-200 Additive is an oil-soluble, tubine-quality,organo-magnesium fuel additive for Gas Turbine specially. TC-200 Additive is made form high pure Magnesium and petroleum-bass sulfonic acid. It has a very good physical and chemical properties, special formulation and completely own the right of knowledge. It can be easy dissolved in heavy fuel oil with any proportion. TC-200 additive can supply available MgO burned with V2O5which built from heavy fuel oil injurant to form high melt point Vanadium Magnesium compound by chemical combination to inhibit vanadium corrosion, and coming into being scattered ash flowing out with turbine exhaust gas.
As a kind of Super High-based Magnesium Sulfonate fuel additives, TC-200 color is white liquid,completely miscible with fuel, and has the very good stability.
The product not only have detergency and dispersion effect, but as the vanadium
inhibitor agent added to the fuel oil, can prevent vanadium, sodium, iron and other
metal in heavy oil from forming sulfate with low melting point and vanadium pentoxidecompounds during the high temperature combustion.
The product can be directly added to the fuel oil, and can also be injected fuel pipeline.Reduce the corrosion in the process of combustion.
