Crude oil viscosity reducer TC-J7 is a high-efficiency emulsified viscosity reducer developed by the company and Sichuan University in cooperation with production, learning and research. It is suitable for heavy oil mining and gathering. This product has good permeability, and it has high speed and ability to dissolve and decompose the colloid and asphaltene in crude oil. It has high temperature resistance (above 300°C) and hard water resistance, and will not cause new damage to the oil layer during use. It will not affect the subsequent processing of crude oil.

Viscosity reducers have several outstanding advantages:
(1) Strong viscosity-reducing ability No matter at high temperature (above 300 °C) or low temperature, the viscosity reduction rate after repeated repetitive experiments is above 97%;
(2) It can not only reduce the freezing point of heavy oil, but also reduce the viscosity of heavy oil, and at the same time can achieve the effect of unblocking, and has good emulsifying properties for heavy oil;
(3) It can be used for the mining of heavy oil as well as for the gathering and transportation of heavy oil;
(4) The pH value is 7.0~8.4, which will not cause difficulty in breaking the milk, and has no effect on the dehydration process of heavy oil.
The main component of the crude oil viscosity reducing agent TC-J7 is a polyoxyalkylene nonionic surfactant, which is compounded by a polymer compound obtained by block polymerization of a starter and propylene oxide or ethylene oxide. This product is mainly used for oil field crude oil mining to reduce viscosity.
For oil wells that do not enter steam, or do not produce oil, or after several rounds of steam injection, and the output is significantly reduced, the oil wells are not oiled, and the oil wells are pretreated before steam injection. To achieve the purpose of releasing the oil layer blockage, dredging the oil layer, increasing the steam injection effect, and reducing the viscosity of the crude oil, thereby improving oil recovery.
The heavy oil viscosity reducing agent is generally used in an amount less than 0.5% of the crude oil emulsion, and the heavy oil viscosity reducing agent is mixed with water, squeezed into the oil layer, and then combined with the existing cold mining and steam injection mining technology to perform oil recovery. Achieve the obvious purpose of increasing production and increasing efficiency.
The TC-J7 viscosity reducer is generally used in the oilfield chemical plant to be used in the oilfield. The finished product can be directly used on site. When used, the viscosity reducer is formulated into a 0.5-2% aqueous solution. During the construction, the hot water is first used as the pre-liquid to inject into the formation, and then the prepared aqueous viscosity reducer solution is injected. Generally, the concentration is 1000-3000g/L, and the amount of use can be determined according to the specific conditions.

Storage: This product is not dangerous, non-hazardous, non-flammable, sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place indoors. Before use, after each use
