    Application & Functions of N-Nitrosodiphenylamine

    1. In the rubber processing industry, it is used as a scorch retarder, a vulcanization retarder (vulcanization retarder), a college polymerization inhibitor for neoprene; it is also used as an insecticide and disinfectant; it is also an intermediate for anti-aging agent 4010 and dye.
    2. Used as a scorch retarder for natural rubber and synthetic rubber (except butyl rubber), which can increase the safety of the rubber compound operation; it can also be used as a replasticizer for the already slightly scorched rubber compound. It is especially effective for alkali promoters such as thiazoles, thiurams and dithiocarbamates, especially for compounds containing thiazole-oxime and thiazole-thiuram accelerator systems; The accelerator compound has little effect and is not suitable for thiuram sulfur-free vulcanizate. It can replace wood tar as a high-efficiency polymerization inhibitor for chloroprene rubber. It is also an important raw material for the anti-aging agent 4010 and the dye intermediate RT color base.
