Demulsifier products has more than 10 specifications, The non-ion type and ion type have been successfully applied to more than 10 devices in oil refineries and oil fields. The products can satisfy demands of crude oils with different properties on dehydration and desalination, and have an obvious effect on reducing scaling and corrosion of equipment, reducing energy consumption and improving product quality.
Instruction of Use
1. The product can be continuously injected via a trace plunger pump or be injected after dilution.
2. To two-level and two-level above electrical desalting devices, both first grade injection and graded injection are available, and the amount of the injected first grade demulsifier should be no less than half the amount of the total injection amount.
3. The amount of the injected demulsifier product is different according to different properties, or water-containing amount and salt-containing amounts of the crude oil. Usually, 30 to 50ppmm of demulsifier is injected according to processing amount of the crude oil.
Cautions
1. Petroleum demulsifier should be used independently, and can not be used together with other demulsifiers without appraise and selection.
2. Compound demulsifier is large in molecular weight and high in viscosity. After the compound demulsifier added into a device, stirring is necessary before being used.
Packaging and Storage
1. The product is packaged by 200L barrel, net weight of each barrel being 200kg, or packaged according to demands of a client.
2. The product needs to be prevented from crash in loading and transportation in order to avoid leaks. 3.Quality guarantee period in cool and airy environment is one year.
