Xanthan gum is an extracellular microbial pool produced by the fermentation of sugars by Xanthomonas. Because of its macromolecular special structure and colloidal properties, it has many functions. It can be used as emulsifier, stabilizer, gel thickener, wetting agent, film forming agent and so on. It is widely used in various fields of national economy.

The product is dissolved in solvents of methanol, ethanol etc.

It has good rheology, is conducive to the stability of the borehole wall and carrying drill cuttings, can obviously improve the drilling speed and reduce the wear of the drilling tools; it has obvious sealing effect on the leakage formation such as fractured stratum and sandstone layer; A protective film can be formed on the surface of the rock sample to obtain a high core picking rate.

This product is a pure natural product that can be degraded automatically and does not pollute the environment.

Application and Instructions:

first wet with a small amount of water and then pour into the mud to stir and dissolve. The dosage is 2~3% in the mud and 4~5% when there is no solid phase rinse.

Storage:

It should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse, and the isolation frame with the ground layer not less than 20cm high should be set at the time of stacking. The stacking height should not exceed 10 packs and the storage period is six months.
