Physical Property & Specification

TAT has been developed as an all-organic corrosion inhibitor for metal working fluids, water-based lubricants, cleaning system and closed industrial water systems, which is divided into three categories according to its water content: TAT-50, TAT -65 and TAT -85

Appearance:White wet cake containing about 50% water (TAT-50, similar to Belcor 590 and Ingacor L190) or white free flowing granules containing 35% water (TAT-65, similar to Belcor 593) or white powder containing 15% water (TAT-85).

Applications and typical treat levels:

All types of water based systems: 0.25-1.1%

- Metal working fluids (semi-synthetic and synthetic);

-High water based hydraulic fluids (HFC) engine coolants (Na salt of TAT);

- Closed industrial water systems and water-based lubricants.

- Offers an extremely low foaming tendency and an excellent air release
