Features

This product is a good lubricant in the petroleum industry, secondary processing gasoline, paraffin and some other mineral oils. It is a low-cost general-purpose antioxidant for polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS resin, polyester, cellulose resin and foam. It is especially suitable for white or light-colored products. In particular, it is a polymer material for food grade plastics and packaged foods, and an antioxidant or stabilizer for white or light colored products of natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It is a non-polluting antioxidant and stabilizer such as cis-butadiene rubber or styrene-butadiene rubber. Due to its own characteristics, this product is widely used in animal and vegetable oils and fats, as well as foods and cosmetics containing animal and vegetable oils.


Application

1. Antioxidant BHT can inhibit or delay the oxidative degradation of plastic or rubber and prolong its service life.
2. The antioxidant BHT can prevent the acid value or viscosity of the lubricating oil and fuel oil from rising.
3. Antioxidant BHT is a stabilizer for synthetic rubber, polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride. Antioxidant BHT is a commonly used anti-aging agent for rubber. Antioxidant BHT can be directly mixed into rubber or added as a dispersion to latex. For the manufacture of tire sidewalls, white, bright and transparent color of various rubber and dairy products as well as daily use, tape, rubber shoes and food products rubber, antioxidant BHT can also be used as a stabilizer for post-treatment and storage of synthetic rubber.
4. The solubility of antioxidant BHT is: ethanol 0.5% (20), soybean oil 30% (25), cottonseed oil 20% (25), lard 40% (40).
